Tuesday One Minute Bible Study (Gospel Reflection), 5th Week in Lent | Year - A #biblestudy

 

In the wilderness, Israelites grumbled against God and Moses, leading to fiery serpents. God provided salvation through a bronze serpent lifted on a pole: the bitten who looked up in faith lived. Jesus echoes this in the Gospel: warning Pharisees they will die in sin unless they believed He is the great “I AM.” When they “lift up” the Son of Man on the cross, like the bronze serpent, Jesus brings eternal life to all who look to Him in faith. In this 5th and final week before Holy Week Jesus proclaims He is the great “I AM”, that Jesus is God. God Bless you all!
