Good Friday One Minute Bible Study (Bible Reflection) Holy Week 2026|Year - A #biblestudy

On this Good Friday the passage from Isaiah serves as a prophetic blueprint for the Gospel of John’s Passion narrative. Isaiah describes a "Suffering Servant," disfigured and rejected, who bears the guilt of humanity. This prophecy is realized in Jesus, who remains composed and authoritative even in bonds. John emphasizes that Jesus’ "kingdom is not of this world". Through his piercing the debt of sin is paid, transforming execution into the ultimate expiatory sacrifice. Blessed Good Friday All!!
